Rey Feo 76 Brings the Fiesta Spirit to Children’s Hospital

In a beautiful show of compassion and community spirit, Rey Feo 76, Fabian Castillo Sr., and Reina Linda XI, Erica Lahood, brought smiles, laughter, and heartfelt moments to pediatric patients at Methodist Children’s Hospital.

Dressed in full regalia, Fabian and Erica lit up every hospital room with warmth and joy—taking time to speak with children, hand out colorful Fiesta gifts, and pose for photos that captured the spirit of the season.

For Fabian Castillo Sr., the visit was a deeply personal reflection of his lifelong commitment to giving back. Growing up on the West Side of San Antonio, his journey from humble beginnings to respected business leader and now Rey Feo has inspired many. During this visit, his message of perseverance and hope resonated deeply with families navigating their own challenges.
