Castillo's vision for his reign centers on empowering students to construct a solid foundation for their future aspirations. Through fundraising efforts, he aims to provide scholarships not only for college-bound students but also for those pursuing vocational training, ensuring opportunities for all to thrive.

Fabian Castillo Sr. expressed his commitment to this vision, stating, "Our title in our reign is going to be Blueprints for Success. So you start and you open up a blueprint, you start knowing what your foundation is going to look like, you start your foundation, and from there, it takes off."
