Elaine De Los Santos | Media Minister

Elaine De Los Santos was born in Austin, Texas and moved to San Antonio with her family at a very young age. She attended Thomas Jefferson High School and returned to Austin to play volleyball after receiving a four- year athletic scholarship to attend St. Edward’s University. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.

Elaine has worked in the insurance industry her entire career and is currently employed at USAA as a Casualty Examiner.

Elaine is passionate about giving back to her community and stays active at St. Luke Catholic Church as a core member of the Women of the Well ministry and was a past ACTS director.

Believing that education is the key to success and that every child should have access to a higher education, Elaine presently serves on the SAISD Foundation Board and is involved with the United Way of San Antonio & Bexar County Women United affinity group, whose key focus is to provide childcare scholarships to parents wanting to attend college.

Elaine previously served on the Healy Murphy Center board for several years, in addition to serving on Rey Feo 73, Augustine Cortez’s Royal court as the Administrator Minister.

In her spare time, Elaine enjoys biking, playing with CoCo & Chanel, her two fur babies, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
